AS/RS planning based on three-phase simulation

摘要: 為了解決AS/RS系統規劃不科學、不合理的問題,首先采用集合論來描述AS/RS系統,將AS/RS系統的指標量化并指出AS/RS規劃目標的變化規律;然后將AS/RS的規劃過程劃分為初步設計、詳細設計和運行三個階段,針對各個階段的特點提出適合各自的仿真方法,從而滿足不同階段的規劃要求;在此基礎上進一步建立了三階段集成仿真平臺,將三個階段的規劃數據和仿真數據有效集成起來,減少了數據冗余并提高工作效率,針對不同的要求選用了適合集成仿真平臺的仿真軟件.通過一個AS/RS規劃實例證明了本方法的有效性.Abstract: To make AS/RS planning more scientific and reasonable, the set theory was used to describe an AS/RS system, the goal of AS/RS was quantified and the rule of AS/RS planning was pointed out. The whole process of AS/RS planning was partitioned to three phases:prime planning, particular planning, and working planning. The simulation method suitable for each phase was carried out to satisfy planning requirements of each phase. A three-phase integrated simulation platform was built to integrate planning information and simulation information of each phase and to reduce data redundancy and increase efficiency. Simulation software was selected to suit to the integrated simulation platform, and a simulation example is carried out to prove the effect of all the work above.
