Effect of temperature on phonon amplification in a single-walled nanotube

摘要: 討論了強激光場下單壁納米管的聲子增益效應.采用含時微擾方法計算了不同溫度下聲子占據數隨時間的變化率(聲子增益系數).計算結果表明,在強激光場下納米管中的聲子占據數隨時間非線性增加,增益系數與溫度和激光場強都有關系.隨著溫度升高,聲子增益系數迅速減小;在確定的溫度情況下,激光場強越強,聲子增益效應越明顯,并對這個現象給出了合理的物理解釋.Abstract: The phonon amplification effect occurring in a single-walled nanotube was discussed, and the change rates of phonon population at different temperatures were calculated by using a time-dependent-perturbation method. It is shown that the optical phonon population increases nonlinearly with increasing laser field and the rate decreases as the temperature increases. At a definite temperature, the more intense the laser field is, the more remarkable the phonon amplification effect is, and a reasonable interpretation on this phenomenon was presented.
