Application of aggregation function in aggregation robust design based on the method of imprecision

摘要: 針對產品在設計初期影響產品質量的各種不確定性因素,將不精確法與穩健設計相結合.根據不精確法的映射方法,把產品的設計變量從設計變量空間(DVS)映射到性能變量空間(PVS),并建立設計變量到性能參數的映射函數——集成函數,利用其合成PVS中的不同性能偏愛,完成多屬性的偏愛集成或多個評價者之間的偏愛集成.以減速器為例說明集成函數對多屬性集成穩健設計方案求取最優決策的應用.實例表明該方法是方便和實用的.Abstract: Based on the method of imprecision (MoI) and the robust design, uncertainty factors which influences the quality of products were considered during preliminary design. Using MoI mapping from a design variable space (DVS) to a performance variable space (PVS), an aggregation function was built and incorporated in different performance preferences on PVS to accomplish aggregation preferences for multi-attributes or more estimating persons. The example of gearbox was illustrated an application of the aggregation function in the optimal decision making of robust design. The results show that it is a convenient and practical method.
