Effect of pulse electric field on the solidification microstructure and element distribution of carbon steel

摘要: 通過改變脈沖電場的電壓對鋼液進行處理,研究了脈沖電場處理對鋼液凝固元素遷移特性和晶粒細化的影響.利用ImageJ軟件統計分析了試樣的晶粒數和晶粒分布,利用原位分析儀分析了鋼中主要元素C、Si、Mn、P和S的分布與偏析情況,探討了不同電壓下脈沖電場對鋼液凝固過程元素遷移特性的影響.實驗結果表明,隨著脈沖處理電壓升高,晶粒明顯得到細化,鋼中元素Si、Mn和P具有相似的分布,而P和S具有相反的分布特性.Abstract: Molten steel was treated through changing the voltage of pulse electric field, the effect of pulse electric field on the refinement of crystal particles and the transfer of elements in solidification process was investigated. The number and distribution of crystal particles in steel was analyzed using the software ImageJ. The distribution and segregation of main elements in the solidification structure of steel were studied by original position analysis (OPA), and the effect of the voltage of pulse electric field on the transfer of elements in solidification process was discussed. The results showed that the crystal particles were obviously refined with increasing pulse voltage, and there was a similar distribution characteristic for the elements Si, Mn and P but reverse for the elements P and S.
