Synthesis of CaWO4 nano-powders

摘要: 研究了表面活性劑膠束法制備CaWO4納米材料.在TEM、XRD和TG-DSC等手段表征的基礎上,討論了在不同反應條件下膠束模板的形態及納米CaWO4的生長機制.研究結果表明,使用表面活性劑CTAB和OP-10/KH-B92復配體系兩種方法,均制備出低維結構的CaWO4納米材料,且樣品尺寸均勻,分散性較好.Abstract: CaWO4 nano-powders were synthesized in micelles. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X -ray diffraction (XRD) and TG-DSC were utilized to characterize the shape, size and structure of the obtained products. The results show that low-dimensional CaWO4 nano-materials can be prepared through two different systems of surfactants (CTAB and OP-10/KH-B92). The formation mechanism of colloid and the growth mechanism of CaWO4 nano-powders were also discussed.
