Microstructure and magnetic properties of an Nd12.3Fe80.7NbB6 nanocrystal permanent magnet

  • 摘要: 研究了添加Nb元素對Nd2Fe14B單相納米晶永磁合金微觀結構與磁性能的影響.結果表明:添加Nb可以在甩帶過程中促進非晶的形成并穩定非晶相;在退火過程中,加入Nb后形成的析出相可以抑制晶粒長大,使晶粒細化且分布均勻,進而大幅度提高了材料的綜合磁性能.名義成分為Nd12.3Fe80.7NbB6.0的非晶薄帶在550℃退火處理10min后,可得到最佳磁性能:剩磁0.90T,矯頑力912.64kA·m-1,最大磁能積126.24kJ·m-3;隨著退火溫度的進一步提高,綜合性能有所下降.
