TDC-based wrapping roll automatic jump control system for a 1500mm hot strip mill coiler

摘要: 萊鋼1500mm熱連軋是一套國內自主設計生產的全自動化熱連軋機組,卷取機助卷輥自動踏步控制(automatic jump control,AJC)功能對于產品的最終質量及相關設備具有重要影響.該套AJC系統是國內自主開發的基于SIEMENS TDC系統的寬帶鋼熱連軋機AJC系統.在西門子STEP開發平臺完成所有的軟件編程,并利用西門子WinCC設計了界面友好的人機接口系統,實現了系統的全自動控制.系統功能完善,控制精度高,在萊鋼1500mm熱連軋卷取機上得到了應用,并取得了良好的效果.Abstract: The Laigang 1 500 mm hot strip mill is a set of fully automatic hot strip mill designed and manufactured by us. The automatic jump control (AJC) of wrapping rolls is very important for the final quality of products. The system is the first set of AJC system based on Siemens TDC and designed by us. The system functions were programmed in Siemens STEP7 and friendly HMI was designed with Siemens WinCC. The system, with comprehensive functions and high precision, was applied on the Laigang 1 500 mm hot strip mill and satisfactory results were obtained.
