Optimization for a subway disaster-reduction marking system based on the framework of emergency preplan

摘要: 當地鐵災害事故發生后,災區人員有效利用防災標識系統進行及時疏散,則是防止和減少傷亡損失的重要措施.本文對國內外大中型地鐵站標識進行了系統的調研,分析了國內地鐵防災標識系統現存的問題.通過國內外防災標識系統的比較,提出了優化的建議.最后對地鐵防災標識系統與應急預案框架系統的關系進行了初步的探討.Abstract: If people in the disaster area can make use of the disaster-reduction marking system and escape from the disaster area in time when disasters and accidents suddenly happen, the casualty and expense will be effectively reduced. Based on the investigation of medium and large subway stations domestic and oversea, some problems hidden in the disaster-reduction marking system of a domestic subway were analyzed and the optimized advices were put forward by comparing with the oversea system. The relation between the disaster-reduction marking system and the framework of emergency preplan was briefly discussed.
