Experimental research on high temperature granular bed filters

摘要: 針對工業界的高溫除塵問題,采用固體顆粒床除塵方式,對砂礫作為過濾介質的可行性和實用性進行了研究.通過對顆粒床除塵器高溫條件下的實驗研究,探討了不同工況時除塵效率和壓力損失的變化規律.推導了除塵效率和壓力損失與溫度的關系,并與實驗結果作了比較.結果表明,隨著煙氣溫度的升高,除塵效率和壓力損失均逐漸增大.Abstract: A kind of filter with sand as the percolation medium for dust-removing was discussed and designed for isothermal and high temperature experiments. The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of the granular filter designed for hot gas cleaning up. The effect of temperature on the characteristic of the granular bed filter at high temperature was investigated, and the formulae of dust removal efficiency and pressure drop with temperature were obtained. The experimental results are similar with the formulae. With the increase of temperature, the dust-removing efficiency and pressure drop become higher during the dust-removal process.
