FEM analysis of the temperature field and microstructure of a 0.45%C steel component in induction heat-treatment process

摘要: 利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件,對45#鋼特定形狀底盤零件感應加熱、冷卻的全過程進行了溫度場的二維有限元模擬分析,進而利用工件冷卻前后內部溫度變化的模擬結果和45#鋼的CCT曲線獲得了冷卻后工件內部組織分布情況.利用工業條件下的零件熱處理實驗對溫度場和微觀組織的模擬結果進行了驗證,實驗與模擬結果吻合良好.Abstract: The commercial FEM analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the induction heating process and cooling process of a special shape chassis part made of 0.45% C steel. Combining with the temperature variation curve by simulation and the CCT curve of 0.45% C steel, the microstructure inside the workpiece was predicted after it was cooled in air. The result showed that the simulated data of temperature field and microstructure agree well with the experimental ones in industrial condition.
