Precipitation behavior of Ti-deoxidized products in non-quenched and tempered steel

摘要: 從氧化物冶金的觀點從發,利用掃描電鏡和圖像分析儀研究了非調質鋼加鈦脫氧后鋼液中夾雜物的形貌、組成和尺寸分布以及孕育時間對夾雜的影響,并考察了加鈦前后鋼的組織變化.結果表明:鈦的脫氧產物都可成為硫化錳夾雜的形核核心;此類夾雜物呈細小彌散析出,適當的孕育時間可使夾雜細化;加鈦后,鋼的組織細化.Abstract: SEM and image analysis technique were used to investigate the morphology, chemical composition and size distribution of inclusions and the effect of holding time on the size distribution of inclusions in a non-quenched and tempered steel deoxidized by Ti. The results showed that the deoxidation product of Ti in liquid steel could become the nucleus of MnS in solidification of liquid steel. After adding Ti, inclusions in the steel were finely distributed. A proper holding time could make inclusions fine. The grains were fine after adding Ti in the steel.
