Numerical simulation on the electromagnetic field of round billet continuous casting moulds in electromagnetic stirring process

  • 摘要: 用數學模擬對馬鋼一鋼廠圓坯連鑄結晶器(斷面尺寸為φ450mm)電磁攪拌過程進行了研究,找出變化規律,確定合理的工藝參數,優化結晶器流場.電磁攪拌過程的計算結果表明:磁場強度隨攪拌頻率減小、攪拌電流增大而增大;電流強度不改變磁場分布;在結晶器高度方向上磁場分布呈現中間大兩端小的特征,流場在攪拌力作用下更趨于合理.最佳攪拌工藝參數為:攪拌電流350A,頻率2Hz.
