Decoupling controller design of a looper height and tension system based on FPGA

摘要: 針對板帶熱連軋機活套的高度和張力系統,在工作點附近,以實際熱軋現場數據為依據,建立了對象的動態數學模型。采用基于BP神經網絡整定的PID控制策略以減弱系統的耦合影響,并給出了其控制算法在FPGA上實現的方法,包括脈動陣列算法映射、數據表示及精度和運算部件設計。仿真結果驗證了本算法的有效性和控制策略的適用性。Abstract: The dynamic mathematic model of a looper height and tension system was built on field data for hot strip finishing mills. A control strategy based on BP-PID was introduced to decouple the looper system by using FPGA, which includeds systolic mapping, data representation and precision, and computation components design. Simulated results showed the effectiveness of the algorithm and the applicability of the control strategy.
