Preparation and property of oxygen permeation membranes Ca0.5Sr0.5CoxFe1-xO3-δ

摘要: 在1000~1200℃溫度范圍內用固相反應法合成鈣鐵礦結構的材料Ca0.5Sr0.5COxFe1-xO3-δ,用XRD對合成的試樣進行了物相分析,探討合適的燒成制度.用直流四電極法對樣品進行了電導率測量.結果顯示,制得的Ca0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ樣品為單相產物,具有良好的電性能,是一種有應用前景的混合導體材料.Abstract: A brownmillerite-type of Ca0.5Sr0.5CoxFe1-xO3-δ was prepared using a solid-state reaction method in the temperature range of 1000 to 1200℃. The structure of the material was characterized by means of XRD to seek for a suitable sintering procedure. The conductivities were tested by means of DC four probes. The experimental result shows that Ca0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O1-δ is a material of promising application, which has a single-phase structure and good electrical performance.
