Hybrid flowshop scheduling model and its genetic algorithm

摘要: 針對流程工業生產過程連續性的特點,從一種新的角度建立了工件等待時間受限的混合流水車間調度模型.以總完工時間最小化和工件在各機器最早開工時間最小化為目標函數,利用改進的遺傳算法生成最優排序計劃,并用模擬的實際生產數據對模型和算法進行驗證和分析.Abstract: With the non-breakable feature in steel product making, an integrative scheduling model was presented. The object was to minimize the flow span time and the wait time between working steps. One furnace was counted as one working piece and several furnaces were regarded as one cast. By using the improved genetic algorithm, a cast scheduling table and a subsequent Gantt chart described the results. A group of typical testing data validated the results.
