Heat transfer efficiency of inner covers with different shapes in a bell-type annealing furnace

摘要: 針對傳統的罩式退火爐內罩縱向剛度低的問題,提出了一種內罩結構形式——網格形內罩.通過對對流換熱系數、傳熱面積等影響傳熱效率的各因素進行理論計算,將傳統內罩與新型內罩進行了比較研究.指出了網格形結構對于提高內罩的換熱效率,增加罩式爐的生產能力是有利的.Abstract: A grid form of inner cover in a bell-type annealing furnace was put forward to resolve the problem about low vertical stiffness of traditional ones. The heat transfer efficiency of the inner cover was compared with traditional ones' via theoretical calculation of influencing factors on heat transfer efficiency such as convection heat exchange coefficient and heat transfer area. It was proved that the grid inner cover could improve the heat transfer efficiency and throughput of the bell-type annealing furnace.
