Design and analysis of the lower electronic noise circuit with a ultrasonic pulse echo ranging system

摘要: 描述了超聲波脈沖回波測距系統的基本組成,重點研究了超聲波測距系統中的低噪聲問題,設計了分時和分區的開關隔離式超聲波發射和接收電路,徹底切斷了發射電路和其他電干擾信號對接收電路的影響.低噪聲"能量球"的設計,極大地提高了回波的信噪比,實現了超聲波低功率發射條件下的信號穩定接收.同時介紹了軟件濾波器在超聲波的智能化低噪聲處理方面的應用.Abstract: The basic parts of the distance measurement of a pulse echo system were described. The study of lower noise electronic circuits was emphasized in the ranging system. A new kind of emitting and receiving circuit was designed with an isolated switching circuit to form different switching times and isolated current circuits, and the routing of the electronic noise from the emitting circuit to the receiving circuit was totally isolated. The new principle of "energy ball" was proposed to increase the signal-to-noise ratio distinctly, and the ability of receiving echo signals is more stable in the normal power consumer. Also a software filter in the digital data base of the pulse echo was introduced in the application to intelligent noise reduction.
