Bonding assistant coat of diffusion-rolling sandwich panels under small reduction

摘要: 助復劑的選擇與配制是小變形條件下采用擴散-軋制法生產復合鋼板的關鍵問題之一.為了開發一種適用于碳鋼,并在低中溫(<850℃)條件下使用的助復劑,研制了一種以銅為基體元素,鋅為主要合金元素,錳為主要添加元素,再加入少量的硅、錫、鎳、微量的硼和稀土的助復劑,對其成分配比進行了設計并在冶煉過程中對鋼板進行了涂鍍.掃描電鏡及軋制結果表明,助復劑與鋼板接合處發生了原子之間的擴散,界面結合較好,助復劑厚度達到后續小變形軋制復合的要求.Abstract: In order to produce diffusion-rolling sandwich panels under small reduction, a bonding assistant coat which mainly contains Cu, Zn, Mn and small amount of Si, Sn, Ni, B and rare earth elements was designed for carbon steel plates at 850℃. The results of SEM and rolling showed that atom diffusion between the carbon steel plate and the bonding assistant coat took place, the interface combination was satisfied and the thickness of bonding assistant coat accorded with small reduction later.
