摘要: 對定常速度下二維非穩態晶體生長的數學模型進行了分析,證明了解的唯一性,并運用Laplace逆變換法對該定解問題進行求解,最后給出了一個具體的例子.

Abstract: By using Laplace inverse transformation method, a two-dimensional time-dependent partial differential equation for crystal growth is analyzed and the solution is obtained. The uniqueness of the solution is proved. An example is presented.
