PID Decoupling Control Based on the Subsection Liner Model of FGC for Tandem Cold Rolling

摘要: 針對冷連軋機采用基于工作點的線性化模型進行動態規格變換控制時系統誤差和張力波動較大的問題,提出了一種基于遞推分段線性化模型的PID解耦控制方案。通過對五機架冷連軋機進行動態規格變換仿真表明,該方案可保證系統的控制精度,滿足動態規格變換的控制要求。Abstract: The control system based on a linear model has large error and tension fluctuating when the flying gauge changes in tandem cold rolling mills. In order to solve the problem, a PID decoupling control method based on the recursion subsection linear model was presented. Simulations were carried out for a 5-stand tandem cold rolling mill using the method. It is found that the accuracy of AGC system is satisfied and the need of flying guage control can be met.
