Microstructure Evolution Analysis of 302HQA Stainless Steel during the Cold Forming Process

摘要: 通過室溫壓縮實驗,研究了奧氏體不銹鋼302HQA的冷變形行為,組織分析和X射線衍射分析表明,冷變形過程產生了形變馬氏體,進一步磁性檢測表明:隨著變形量的增加,形變馬氏體的量也增加;在小變形條件下,變形速率對形變馬氏體的生成量影響較小;當變形量增加到50%時,隨著變形速率的增加,由于變形熱效應的影響,形變馬氏體含量反而有所下降。Abstract: The cold deformation behavior of 302HQA stainless steel was systematically investigated through compress tests at room temperature. By means of microstructure and X-ray diffraction analysis, deformation-induced martensite transformation (DIMT) was found in this alloy during the cold forming process. The result of magnetic measurement shows that the amount of deformation-induced martensite increases with the increasing of plastic strain. When the plastic strain is lower than 30%, the amount of martensite increases with the increasing of strain rate, while the plastic strain is up to 50%, the amount of deformation-induced martensite decreases with the increasing of strain rate due to the effect of deformation-induced heat accumulation.
