Flocculating Ability of Mycobacterium Phlei to Hematite and Quartz

摘要: 采用重力沉降法對草分枝桿菌絮凝赤鐵礦、石英的能力進行了比較實驗.結果表明,草分枝桿菌對赤鐵礦的絮凝能力明顯強于它對石英的絮凝能力,造成它們絮凝能力差異的主要原因是形成聚團結構的大小及其緊密程度的不同.Abstract: Contrast tests were performed on the flocculating ability of mycobacterium phlei to hematite and quartz with the method of gravity sedimentation. The result indicated that mycobacterium phlei has much stronger flocculating ability to hematite than to quartz because the former can form even larger accumulation and even closer aggregation structure than the later in the mycobacterium phlei syetem.
