Investigation on Improving the Welding Quality of an Nd:YAG Laser Manufacture System

摘要: 在使用現有Nd:YAG固體激光加工系統進行激光焊接時,易產生某些加工缺陷.針對這些缺陷的產生機理進行了分析,并提出了相應的改進措施來避免或減少這些缺陷的產生.實驗表明,通過改變激光束的入射角度、增加側噴嘴噴氣保護等改進措施,可以有效地提高焊接質量并延長系統中光學元器件的使用壽命.

Abstract: During the process of laser welding of an existent Nd:YAG laser manufacture system, some shortcomings might happen. The reason for such shortcomings was analyzed and the corresponding measures were proposed to overcome them. Experimental results show that by modifying the incidence angle of the laser beam, adding two side nozzles and so on, the laser welding quality and the life of the optical apparatus could be improved dramatically.-
