Gaussion Decomposition for Strip Flatness Defect Patterns

摘要: 分析現有板形模式分解方法的缺陷,提出了一種新的板形高斯模式分解.該方法不僅大大提高了板形曲線的擬合精度,而且更加適合于板形調控機構進行板形控制,尤其是板形分段冷卻控制系統及局部輥型調節控制系統.Abstract: The weakness of traditional methods for flatness defect pattern decomposition was analyzed and a gaussion decomposition method for strip flatness defect patterns was presented. This method not only improves the regression accuracy of strip flatness curves, but also facilitates flatness control, especially in the control system of subsection cooling and altering convexity of a roller by local pressure.
