Application of Predictive Control to a Coiling Tension Control System

摘要: 針對某雙機架可逆冷連軋卷取機卷取張力控制中存在的張力波動問題,引入預測控制算法,在間接一直接張力復合控制思想的基礎上,采用動態矩陣預測控制器代替原系統張力PI調節器的方法.計算機仿真結果表明系統動態特性改善,保證了張力控制的精度.Abstract: The tension control of some double stand reversing cold rolling mill was accomplished. The theory and implemental methods were discussed. The dynamics matrix control was applied in order to resolve the fluctuation of the tension control system. Simulation results indicated that the dynamics matrix control maintained the tension control precision.
