Preparation and Dispersion of Nanoscale CuO Powders

摘要: 以CuSO₄·5H₂O為原料,首先制備出堿式碳酸銅前驅體.在350℃焙燒1h后,制備出氧化銅納米粒子,經XRD和TEM檢測,粒徑為30nm.在十二烷基苯磺酸鈉水溶液中加入氧化銅納米粉,用稀HNO₃,調節介質pH=3.0,得到均勻分散的氧化銅納米粉水溶膠.

Abstract: Nanoscale CuO powders were prepared by roasting a basic coppper carbonate precursor at 350C for 1 h. The obtained sample's microstructure was determined by XRD and TEM analysis. The results show that the diameter of the nanocrystalline is 30 nm. CuO sol were prepared with dodecylbenzene sulfonate solusion and at pH=3.0 adjusted by HNO₃.
