Effect of Nanocrystalline TiO2 Film Manufacture Method on the Behavior of NPC Solar Cells

摘要: 采用溶膠凝膠法、粉末涂敷法在導電玻璃上制得納米TiO2薄膜.X射線衍射實驗表明該薄膜主要是銳鈦礦相結構,透射電子顯微鏡測得薄膜晶粒尺寸為30nm左右,掃描電鏡觀察了薄膜的表面形貌.分析了這兩種方法制得的納米TiO2薄膜所組成的染料敏化太陽電池的性能,提出了一種新的制作納米TiO2薄膜的方法.Abstract: Nanocrystalline TiO2 films were made on ITO glass with sol-gel method and powder-coating method. By X-ray diffraction and TEM, it was shown that the TiO2 films were mainly anatase structure with a grain size about 30 nm. The surface of TiO2 films with powder was observed by SEM. The behavior of NPC solar cells composed of the TiO2 films was analyzed and a method to prepare nanocrystalline TiO2 films was proposed.
