Application of Feedforward and Feedback Optimization Technique for Air/Fuel Ratio to Heating Furnace

摘要: 分析了燃氣加熱爐熱工特點,建立了熱值前饋和煙氣中氧含量反饋的空氣燃料比尋優模型,并將模糊控制技術運用于所建立的空氣燃料比尋優模型中.現場實際運行結果表明,使用該模型能合理地控制爐氣的含氧量,提高鋼坯加熱質量,降低燃料消耗,取得了很好的效果.Abstract: Thermal characteristics of the heating furnace using gas as fuel were discussed. Combining the technique of fuzzy control with calorific value feedforward and oxygen concentration feedback, an optimization model for air/fuel ratio was developed and utilized in practice to keep it reasonable. It is proved that the model can effectively control the oxygen concentration of exhaust gas, enhance the quality of product and decrease the fuel consumption.
