Improvement of the Temperature Model for a Finishing Mill Group in Hot Rolling

摘要: 從實際生產數據入手,研究了溫度模型設定精度的現狀及設定精度與各影響因素之間的關系,同時還消化了原來的溫度模型程序并將其移植到微機上.經大量的離線統計回歸分析,提出了一個行之有效的溫度模型改進方案.該改進方案的思路同樣適合其他熱軋生產線.Abstract: The present accuracy level of the temperature model and the relation between the setup accuracy and influence factors are researched beginning with actual production data. Source codes about the original temperature model are interpreted and then transplanted to PC. Through a lot of off-line statistics and regression analysis, an effective solution is propsed for improving the temperature model. The Idea of this solution can be suitable to other hot rolling product lines.
