Precipitate Effect on Austenite Grains of Steel Q345 in Direct Hot Rolling

摘要: 通過熱模擬軋制技術,研究了不同工藝條件下二相粒子析出物對奧氏體再結晶的影響,并對Q345鋼直接軋制工藝中C,N化物的析出對組織性能的影響進行了深入探討.結果表明,利用二相粒子析出可以細化奧氏體晶粒組織,從而改善鋼的內部組織和材料的力學性能.Abstract: Precipitation effects on austenite recrystallization were studied with Gleeble 1500 in the traditional rolling and the direct hot rolling. The influence of the precipitation of C, N on the microstructure and properties was investigated in the direct rolling of Q245 steel. It can be concluded that the precipition of C,N could fine the austenite grain size and improve the microstrutre and properties of steel.
