Investigation on the Fully Dense Metal Part by Laser Rapid Prototyping

摘要: 采用激光快速成型技術制備出316L不銹鋼薄壁矩形管和663錫青銅扭曲薄壁方管.所成型金屬零件的組織均勻、致密,沒有缺陷.沿金屬薄壁零件高度方向的化學成分分析表明,零件中的化學成分分布均勻,且與金屬粉末的化學成分相同,未發生成分偏析.同時,激光快速成型的金屬薄壁零件的力學性能與常規加工方法制造出的零件相當.使用表明激光快速成型的金屬零件可以滿足直接使用要求.Abstract: The rectangle thin wall tube of 316 stainless steel and the contortion thin wall tube of 663 copper alloy are fabricated by Laser Rapid Prototyping. The fabricated metal parts are identical with blue print. The as-formed metal parts are fully dense, homogenous and free of defects. Chemical composition analysis show that the chemical composition distribution of metal parts is uniform and the chemical composition of metal parts is same as that of metal powder. The mechamical properties of the metal parts by Laser Rapid Prototyping are equal to that of the materials by conventionally processed method.
