Recovery of Sulfur from Anode Slime of Nickel Sulfide Electrolysisby Vacuum Evaporation

摘要: 對硫化鎳電解陽極泥提硫后硫磺渣,進行了真空蒸餾硫磺渣提取元素硫的工藝研究,并分析了影響蒸餾過程的因素.結果表明:采用真空蒸餾-冷凝方法從硫磺渣回收元素硫并得到硫磺,其形態為α-型硫;殘渣含化合態硫可降為15.10%,無元素硫;最大脫硫率達97.08%.Abstract: The sulfur recovery from the pre-treated anode slime of nickel sulfide electrolysis by vacuum-evaporation. The results show that the vacuum evaporation-condensation method cangain element sulfur (a-sryle), and sulfur content in the slag decrease down by 15.10%, desulfuration ration is 97.08%.
