Affect of Ridge Slope on the Stress in the Center of Workpiece in Skew Rolling

摘要: 應用ANSYS-DYNA有限元軟件,對螺旋孔型斜軋軸類件進行軋制過程的模擬,得到軋件中間橫截面的上應力分布曲線,同時分析了凸棱斜率對軋件中心部位應力變化的影響規律.結果認為,凸棱斜率對軋件中心部位主應力和等效應力有較大的影響,軋件心部的應力狀態和積累是導致心部疏松的主要原因.Abstract: Through the study of the process of skew rolling step-axis with the help of FEM software ANSYS-DYNA, the stress on the middle section of the workpiece and the infection of ridge slope to the stress in the center is known. The result indicates the principal stress and Von-Miss stress have great influence on the middle section of the workpiece, the state of stress and the accumulation of the stress are the main reason of the failure.
