Flow Stress Mathematical Models of Stainless at Hot Deformation

摘要: 采用恒變形率凸輪壓縮試驗機對不銹鋼0Cr13熱變形流動應力進行了試驗研究,分析了變形溫度、變形速率、變形程度對流動應力的影響,同時對不同的數學模型結構形式進行了非線性回歸,提出了2個非線性流動應力數學模型.分溫度段回歸數學模型與試驗數據具有較高的擬合精度,全溫度段回歸的數學模型便于計算機控制在線生產.Abstract: Flow stress curves of stainless 0Cr13 were experimentally studied with a cam plastometer at a constant deformed speed. The effects of the deformed temperature, deformed rate and deformed degree on flow stress were analyzed. At the same time, two non-linear regression mathematical models were proposed. The discrete temperature model fit accurately with the experimental data, and the entire temperature model is useful in the computer control of on-line process.
