精細膠粉物理化學法制備及其組織性能

Experimental Study on Physicochemistry Method for Fine-grade Rubber Power and Its Microstructure Property

  • 摘要: 物理化學法制備的膠粉粒度比用傳統粉碎工藝制備的膠粉粒度要細化得多;延長粉碎時間、增加料筒中介質體積分數、減少裝料體積均有利于膠粉細化.試驗還顯示:用物理化學法制備的精細膠粉粒度低,力學性能也明顯優于普通粉碎法.60~80目膠粉的扯斷強度最低, 140~200目膠粉的扯斷強度最高.
