Drying and Swelling of PVA(Poly Vinyl Alcohol)

摘要: 研究了室溫自然干燥和酒精脫水干燥對于干態PVA水凝膠在30℃的蒸餾水中2次溶脹性能的影響.結果表明,用酒精脫水干燥的PVA水凝膠的2次溶脹度大于在室溫自然干燥的PVA水凝膠的2次溶脹度.對濕態PVA水凝膠未進行干燥處理前先進行1次溶脹后,再用同一種于燥方法處理2種試樣,結果表明,經過1次溶脹的PVA水凝膠在2種干燥條件下的2次溶脹度均大于未經過1次溶脹的PVA水凝膠的2次溶脹度.Abstract: The effects of different drying methods and procedures which are used to deal with poly(vinyl alcohol) on the swelling degree of poly (vinyl alcohol) gel have been investigated. The solubility of poly(vinyl alcohol) dried by alcohol is larger than that of poly(vinyl alcohol) dried by the air. The swelling degree of poly (vinyl alcohol) first swelled after thawing is larger than that of poly(vinyl alcohol) without first swelled after thawing.
