Analysis on the Tooth Shape of the Saw Blade

摘要: 針對金屬鋸機鋸片磨損速度過快，使用壽命較短等主要失效形式，研究分析了齒形參數對鋸切力和鋸齒應力及其分布的影響規律．在此基礎上，以較小的鋸切力和鋸齒應力水平、合理的鋸齒應力分布為目標，給出了合理的齒形參數．

Abstract: In order to resolve the main failure of the saw blade for metal cutting and extend its life-span, the influence of tooth shape parameters on the sawing force and the stress in blade tooth has been analyzed. Based on this work, the optimal tooth shape parameters have been given, which will make the sawing force and the stress in blade tooth lower.
