Experimental Study on PSA Air Separation for Miniature Oxygen Concentrator

摘要: 研究了微型變壓吸附(PSA)制氧時空氣量、分子篩、吸附時間、吸附塔高徑比等因素對產品氣濃度和流量的影響.產氧量與空氣量之比約為15~18,氧氣收得率約為25%~30%.分子篩品種對制氧效率有重要影響,分子篩量與產氧量基本成線性關系.對于給定的條件,存在最佳的吸附時間.高徑比對產品氣濃度的影響與產氧量有關,濃度隨高徑比增加而增加.Abstract: The effects of some main factors on the process of PSA air separation for miniature oxygen concentrator are studied experimentally. Under the experimental conditions, the ratio of oxygen generation rate to air flow rate is about 15 to 18, the recovery about 25% to 30%. The relationship between the amount of molecular sieve and the rate of oxygen generation is linear basically. There is an optimal adsorption time for a given system. The oxygen content increases as the ratio of height to diameter of adsorption cylinder increases.
