Analysis on the Axial Force and Torque of Blast Furnace Taphole Drill

摘要: 通過對開鐵口機軸壓扭矩的分析和研究,得出了在旋轉鉆進過程中增加沖打是提高鉆進速度的有效手段.當激振力為10kN,送進力取1.5~4.5kN時,沖打作用能夠使鉆進速度比不沖打時提高約1.5~2.5倍,平均扭矩約為不沖打時的1/4~1/2.Abstract: The axial force and torque of taphole drill are analysed. It is found out that adding punch factor in the drilling process is an effective way to improve the drilling speed. The drilling speed under adding punch factor is 1.5-2.0 times on that under not adding punch.
