Depletion of Alloying Elements and Composition Demixing in Surface Layers by Double Glow Plasma Method

摘要: 研究了在試樣20鋼上雙層輝光離子滲Hastelloy C-2000合金過程中滲層出現的成分離析以及表層Ni,Cr合金元素貧化現象,并進行了一定的理論分析.認為表面合金貧化與工件表面層離子轟擊形成的畸變梯度及反濺射有關;成分離析是由于合金Ni,Cr,Mo的濺射特征不同造成的.Abstract: The depletion of alloying elements and composition demixing in surface alloyed layer on the 20# steel in process of double plasmas suface alloying hastelloy C-2000 had been studied. The results showed that the depletion of alloying elements were related to distortion gradient in surface alloyed layer and phenornena of antisputter, and the compostion demixing emerged as a result of different sputter character of element Ni,Cr,Mo.
