Influence of Different Rolling Gauges on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZJ400 Strip

摘要: 研究了3種ZJ400 CSP熱軋板材工藝規程與組織、力學性能的關系.實驗結果表明:當變形量增大時,晶粒組織的不均勻程度增大.含有粗大的鐵素體晶粒和殘留的熱軋織構,引起力學性能的各向異性,導致了抗拉強度和延伸率的降低.Abstract: The relation between technics and microstructure, mechanical properties has been stadied. The experiment results show tha the degree of offsetting of particle structures increases the the degree of distortion grows. Big ferrites and hot rolling texture are left behind in particle structures, Which leads the anisotropy of mechanics, so the tensile strength and elongation rate reduce.
