Study on Dust Removal in Z-Path-Moving Bed

摘要: 在折流移動床的氣固流動特性的研究基礎上,以小米為除塵介質,對折流移動床在除塵中的應用進行了研究.并分析了各種操作條件對過濾效果的影響.結果表明,折流移動床用于煙道氣除塵效果很好,產物均勻且易于調控,可以實現連續操作,同時多層床的實現,提高了除塵效率,并且此新型裝置的壓損顯著低于固定床,降低了動力消耗.理論分析建立的數學模型計算結果與試驗結果基本相符.Abstract: Investigation on dust removed and effects of the operation operation paramaters have been conducted in a z-path-moving bed using millet as the solid phase. The results show that the z-path-moving bed has a high dust removal efficiency and the characteristics of uniform and high quality product, as wellas continuous operation and low momentum energy consumption. The modeI calculation values are correspondent with the experimental ones.
