Variation Mechanism and Its Solution of Decoupling Technological Parameters for the Combined Shape and Gauge Control System in Hot Strip Mills

摘要: 通過對建立的耦合關系模型的分析,指出 Mp,Mw,Q,Kp和 Kw是決定工業軋機板形板厚綜合控制系統耦合特性的參數.它們隨實際軋制生產條件的變化而改變.采用有限元模型,結合工業軋機系統實測數據,給出 1700 mm熱連軋機耦合特性參數的求解方法,該方法為板形板厚解耦設計的工業應用提供了切實可行的途徑.Abstract: Since decoupling technological parameters, Mp, Mw, Q, Kp and Kw, of the combined shape and gauge control system vary widely as the rolling condition by theoretical analysis of developed mathematical models and industrial experiment on the production mill, this paper develops mathematical models by FEM for calculating decoupling technological parameters of 1 700 mm hot strip mill. The calculated parameters are applied in the proudction mill and proved to be effective.
