Fabrication of the Sheets for Fe₃Si Based Alloy

摘要: 在既有的研究工作基礎上,給出了更為合適的鍛造、軋制等工藝參數和工藝方法.利用普通的鍛造和軋制設備,成功制備了良好的約 1.5 mm厚的 Fe₃Si基合金薄板,制備過程中典型的微觀組織變化如下:鑄態組織的晶粒較大且很不均勻;鍛造組織為通過再結晶而形成的晶粒較細且均勻的等軸狀組織;軋態組織為纖維組織.

Abstract: Based on the Peng's and Chen's works, finding the appropriate technical parameters for forging and rolling, Fe₃Si based alloy sheets of about 1.5 mm in thickness were obtained successfully by the traditional forging and double warm rolling. The grains of the cast structure are larger and not uniform. The uniform tine equiaxed grains form by recrystallization of forging structure. The microstructure becomes elongated after rolling.
