Simulation on the SCC Susceptibility of Pipeline steel in Soil Rich in Nitrate

摘要: 研究了16Mn鋼在硝酸鹽溶液中的SCC敏感性.結果表明,提高溫度可以顯著地增強SCC敏感性;外加電位極化將可促進(陽極極化)或抑阻(陰極極化)其SCC過程.表明16Mn鋼對硝酸鹽環境具有明顯的SCC敏感性,且是受電化學過程控制的.Abstract: The SCC susceptibility of steel 16Mn in nitrate solution was studied. The results showed that the steel 16Mn is more susceptible to SCC when the temperature increased and the polarization by applied potential will accelerate (anodic polarization or retard (cathodic polarization the process of SCC. The steel 16Mn is susceptible to SCC in nitrate environment, which is controlled by electrochemical process.
