Reduction and Re-oxidation Behavior of Si during Smelting Reduction Process

摘要: 試驗研究熔融還原過程條件下SiO₂還原氧化行為及對過程的影響.研究表明:噴吹煤粉燃燒溫度、煤的灰份組成影響SiO₂還原過程.通過適當選擇煤種和控制氧煤噴槍的噴吹位置,可以減輕SiO₂還原揮發對過程的不利影響.

Abstract: The effect of Si reduction and re-oxidation behavior during the smelting reduction process is experimental studied. It shows that the quantity of SiO developed varies with the temperature and coal com-position. By means of the coal selecting and the gun adjusting, the detrimental influence of the SiO₂ reduction and re-oxidation behavior on smelting reduction operation may be alleviated.
