    摘要
  • 摘要: 從操作和控制兩方面確保空分設備運行的安全性和穩定性出發,開發了寶鋼5#空分操作仿真系統,實現了空分操作的計算機仿真.該系統包括空分正常運行狀態和空分啟動過程的操作仿真,可以實現與現場相同的操作過程,并配合有完整的5#空分的計算機操作畫面.系統采用模塊化的設計思路,核心計算程序與界面控制程序完全分離,通過邊界模塊進行通訊,縮短了系統的開發周期,降低了調試的難度.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve operators' skill, USTB and Shanghai Baosteel Group Corp. cooperatively developed an operation simulation system for Baosteel's No.5 air-separation equipment. The system includes normal operation and start-up state simulation. All computer operation interfaces in real operation are included in the system and similar operation procedures can be Proceeded. Module method is used and the key computation program is separated from the interface control program in the system.
