A New Method to Determine the Decomposition Heat of Coal during PCI for BF

摘要: 對煤粉分解熱的準確性引起的計算理論燃燒溫度的誤差進行了討論.針對現有的煤粉分解熱數據陳舊,提出一種基于蓋斯定律的簡單而有效地確定煤粉分解熱的新方法.根據現有的熱力學數據、煤粉的成分以及煤粉發熱值的理論計算公式或氧彈量熱實驗測定的數據,用新方法可確定出新的煤粉分解熱數據.Abstract: The decomposition heat of coal during PCI for BF is a very important parameter for the calculation of raceway flame temperature. The error of RAFT during the calculation caused by that of decomposition heat of coal has been discussed. A new way to determine decomposition heat of coal has been Put forward. By applying Hess's law, the decomposition heat of coal can be easily obtained by means of thermodynamic data available and simple experiment for the measurement of quantity of heat.
