Testing and Analysing for the Product of Crystallization Roasting the Surface Modificated Coal Kaolin Powder

摘要: 運用SEM,TEM,XRD等對改性煤系煅燒高嶺土晶化焙燒產品進行了測試,分析了晶化焙燒工藝所帶來的改性煤系煅燒高嶺土超細顆粒性能的變化.例如,基體顆粒表面水合二氧化鈦由非晶態轉化為晶態,膜覆包均勻等.最終產品可以作為鈦白粉的替代品.

Abstract: The Product of crystallization roasting the surface modificated coal kaolin was tested by SEM, TEM and XRD. The performance changing of the surface surface modificated ultra-fine calcined coal kaolin was analysed from the Process of crystallization roasting. For example the hydrate TiO₂ film on the surface of the basal body particle is turned non-crystal into crystal. The coating film is well-distribufed.
