Effect of Magnetic Field Treatment on the Transformation of Microalloyed Steel

摘要: 磁場處理對微合金鋼由奧氏體向鐵素體的轉變過程產生影響,主要體現在鐵素體的形核率和晶粒長大速度兩個方面.磁場處理增加了鐵素體的形核率,同時也提高了晶粒的長大速度.由于磁場對鐵素體形核率的影響效果顯著,縮短了相變時間,最終得到細晶組織.Abstract: Magnetic field treatment can effect transformation process from austenite to ferrite of microalloyed steel,especially, in the nucleation ratio and growing rate of ferrite.Magnetic field treatment can increase nucleation ratio of ferrite, meanwhile, the growing rate is enhanced. The transformation period is decreased due to the function of magnetic field, and the refine grains present finally.
